Auxserve is a full-service property management company that specializes in managing multiple tenant’s accommodation and providing contractor support services to commercial or business premises. We offer our management services to Essex, Suffolk, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London and surrounding suburbs.
What we do
Izuka Soligbo is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Social Sciences, a Residential Property Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has worked in various property management settings for nearly two decades.

Izuka works collaboratively with local, trusted, and certified tradespeople and contractors to ensure that all properties are taken care of as if they were our own.

Our promise to our private landlords is secured rent, for a minimum of two years and up to five years, however, all contracts are considered on an individual basis and can be negotiated to suit your requirements.

Our promise to our tenants is the offer an ideal co-living space, caring and responsible housemates, and top-of-the-range housekeeping service to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

Our promise to our commercial property managers is to provide you with a comprehensive support service package for your business premises which allows you to deal with more important aspects of your property management contract.
